As a marketer, I’m a huge fan of human-centered design. Putting people — not just plans — at the center of the creative process can have an extraordinary impact on results. As a leader, I’ve also found that human-centered design can transform a company culture into one that fosters curiosity and drives innovation.

I’m thrilled to share this passion and speak at the Design Thinking Virtual Experience, to be held April 13 -14, 2021. This event is typically held in Austin each year, and although I would love to meet with friends and colleagues deep in the heart of Texas, #DTVX2021 gives us all a chance to get together from right where we are.
